Children’s eye exams
Kid-friendly testing for vision, focusing, eye alignment and eye health. Eligible children under age 20 receive OHIP-covered eye exams.

Dilated examination and retinal assessment to look for diabetes-related changes. Annual exams are OHIP-covered for patients with diabetes.
Senior eye care
Monitoring for cataracts, glaucoma, macular changes and other age-related concerns. Eligible patients age 65 and older receive OHIP-covered exams.
Contact lens fittings
A comprehensive eye exam with a standard contact lens fitting is $135 and includes trial lenses. Fittings with multifocal or XR lenses are $150 and include appropriate trial lenses.
First-time contact lens teach & fit: $75. If you have never worn contacts, this 45-minute session teaches you how to put them in and take them out while we check that they fit properly on your eyes. A follow-up appointment with the doctor is included to check your comfort and vision.
Digital retinal imaging
A high-resolution image of the retina helps establish a baseline and monitor change over time. Imaging is $60, or $150 when combined with a full eye exam for private-pay or insured patients. It is not covered by OHIP.
Dry eye care
Evaluation for burning, grittiness, watering and fluctuating vision, with options that may include drops, warm compresses, lifestyle changes, supplements or punctal plugs.
Visual field testing
Medmont M700 automated field testing to help assess peripheral vision and monitor glaucoma, retinal or neurological concerns.
LASIK consultation
A complimentary laser-vision consultation with a completed comprehensive exam, including dilation and referral to an appropriate surgical centre when indicated.
Urgent eye concerns
Prompt assessment for flashes, new floaters, sudden vision changes, pain, light sensitivity or a red eye. Call us so we can guide you to the right level of care.
Glasses adjustments
Minor adjustments and repairs are available in the clinic—even when your frames were purchased somewhere else.
